What file should I send for printing?

Ideally PDF or TIFF at 1:1 scale or according to the product template, at 150 dpi and in CMYK. You'll find the file specification and dimensions on each product page.

What if there is an error in the file?

Before printing we check the file's technical parameters. If something is wrong (resolution, size, bleed), we contact you before production starts.

I don't have a design. Can you help?

Yes. We help prepare graphics for simple designs, and for more complex ones we recommend a designer we work with. Tell us what you need in the contact form.

How long does it take?

Products marked “ships immediately” ordered by 12:00 on a business day are delivered the next business day. Printed systems ship within 2–4 business days of file approval and payment being received. You can see the lead time for each product on its page.

How can I pay?

By standard bank transfer or online via PayU: instant transfer, card, BLIK or Google Pay. Prices on the site are net; 23% VAT is added at checkout. We issue a VAT invoice for every order.

Can I return a printed product?

Products made with custom graphics are not covered by the 14-day return right, as they are made to your specification. A standard structure without print is subject to the general return rules. You can always file a complaint. Details can be found in the terms and conditions of returns.

Do you offer installation and rental?

Yes, on request we install small stands and rent display walls with podiums and lighting. Tell us when and where you need the stand and we'll prepare a quote.

Maxi Expo supplies display systems for business: roll-ups, fabric walls, pop-up systems, LED backlit walls, podiums, flags, stands and exhibition booths. We help you choose the structure and size, check print files and then prepare the finished system for delivery. We serve both end customers and advertising agencies.

Which system should I choose?

Roll-up banners works well when quick setup and easy transport matter. Fabric walls and pop-up walls offer a larger graphic area and a stronger stand backdrop.
